I currently run a portfolio of around 30 villas with pools. I offer rental and management contracts from May to September - or just July and August for those who want to escape the hurly burley of high summer here. Many of my villa owners have worked with me for several years. Payments are made in advance direct to your account by internet banking and contracts can be in either £ Sterling or Euros. My holiday clients are mostly British, Dutch, French and Scandinavian.
