Terms and Conditions

BOOKING PROCEDURE

Place a reservation on the property of your choice using the online booking form or by calling (0034) 630 042 297.

Submit a 25% deposit to secure the booking as soon bank details received. The booking is deemed confirmed once the deposit funds have cleared.

The balance of the full cost of the rental plus any extras requested must be received as cleared funds 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

The first named traveller will be responsible for all payments due and must be aged over 18 at the time of the booking.

It is the responsibility of the above to ensure the final payment is received as cleared funds by the due date to avoid the booking being cancelled and the appropriate cancellation charges levied.

BOOKING CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS PROCEDURE & CONDITIONS

Changes to your booking must be requested by phone/email and confirmed in writing. Any charges applicable will be dependent on the changes requested and will be indicated at the time of the request.

If your booking needs to be cancelled for any reason the following charges will be levied:

  • More than 70 days prior to arrival date: Lose deposit
  • 50-69 days prior to arrival date: 50% of full cost of holiday
  • 30-49 days prior to arrival date: 75% of full cost of holiday
  • 29 days or less prior to arrival date: 100% of full cost of holiday

With reference to the above it is strongly recommended that your holiday insurance policy covers this.

If changes need to be made to your booking by us for reasons beyond our control and/or where we consider your holiday may be impaired we will:

  • Offer alternative accommodation of similar specification where possible
    OR
  • Refund monies in full if an alternative is not available or not acceptable

ACCOMMODATION

The property will be available from 16.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure

Any request for early arrival/late departure needs to be made the week before the holiday. We always try to help - but this is dependent on the cleaning schedule

You will find the property in clean and tidy condition and it must be left in the same condition. All breakages/missing items must be declared and paid for.

By accepting our Terms and Conditions it is deemed you will report any problem or shortfall in the villa by 17.00 on the day following your arrival.
