What happens after I pay the balance?
Once the balance is paid and flight times and passenger details received, directions and key collection details are sent to the lead passenger email address.
Are there any extras to pay?
No, unless you pay by PayPal (£ only), which incurs a 5% fee.

If my flight is delayed on arrival, do I need to advise you?
No, the villa is accessed via key safe so you can arrive at any time after 16:00.
Can I arrive earlier than 16:00 or stay later than 10:00?
Only by arrangement a week before the holiday. And even then, only when cleaning schedules allow.
What do I do about breakages?
Either replace the item or advise Pearl and arrange to pay for it.
How does the key safe work?
You will be sent the location of the key safe and secret number which opens it together with the directions of the villa. The keys need to be returned to the key safe on departure using the same number.
Wat if I get lost en route?
Call Pearl for assistance. You will need to print and bring with you the directions so that you can explain where on the directions you got to before losing your way. Not all our villas are easily found by satnav, so do not rely only on this alone.
Is there a linen/towel change mid holiday?
No, every villa has a washing machine so you can wash these items if you wish. A change is only offered by arrangement at a cost of 15€ per head, minimum 30€.
What do I need to do on departure?
Remove all rubbish and leave the villa clean and tidy. Any beach towels need to be put into the washing machine on the last day as these are supplied free of charge for your convenience.
